I was having a conversation with a colleague the other day and he felt genuinely happy because he feels so much better now that he had really cut down his diary, wheat and sugar intake. His symptons of bloating, sluggishness, hayfever and headaches had gone. He hadn't known it was possible to feel as good as he does now.
I found out it was an instant decision to want to feel better. A snapshot reaction that energises your whole body and gives you the motivation to make the necessary changes quickly and without delay. We've all had these moments. Moments when your personal discomfort and the frustration with your current situation are too much to bear any longer.
As a success and wellbeing coach I genuinely believe that the quality of your decision making can vary according to what you eat and drink!
It may seem an obvious thing to say but next time you eat something a little "naughty" for dessert e.g. sponge pudding with custard, see how you feel the next morning and the decisions you make. You may be surprised!
