Nowadays you only have to walk down the highstreet to see a giant poster with a model showing off their flat abs. We're bombarded everyday with images of six packs and slim waistlines. You might be thinking it must be one of the most desirable features a person could have.
In my opinion, the fastest AND most healthiest way to achieve a flat stomach is to follow the six foundation principles of wellbeing:
- Focus on taking slow, full breaths
- Keep thinking positively
- Drink high quality water (non-tap) every day
- Eat locally-grown, organic food
- Exercise, using free weights, at least three times per week
- Get to sleep by 10:30pm and sleep for a minimum eight hours
Integrate these principles into your life and not only will you feel a whole lot more energetic, more focused but those extra pounds will come off far more quickly than you think!
