I like this book. It has good stories and some very useful tips. The author has an interesting history too.
This book is a classic. It's somewhat dated but the information is still very valid. If you suffer from diabetes or are concerned that you might be suffering from the symptons of onset diabetes this is a great book to read in my opinion. It's also an eye opener for anyone who wants to lose weight quickly!
Most people can make the connection between a lack of sleep and poor energy levels. However, the connection between the quality of sleep and weight loss and digestion is a less obvious but no less critical one. This books highlights the importance of getting a good night's kip. You may be changing the layout of your bedroom after reading this book!
